Amy is a proud Arizona native who is eagerly looking forward to her 4th year as an Arizona Cardinals Cheerleader and 1st year as a captain! Outside of cheering, she partakes in quite a busy lifestyle including her current career as a Dental clinician, teaching dance and making her transition into the medical field training to be a trauma nurse. Before Amy discovered her love for dancing, she twirled as a Young Olympian in competitive baton for over ten years and retired after winning herself a national title. Her real experience with dancing started when she received one of the thirteen dancing scholarships to The Edge Performing Arts Center in Hollywood, California. It was here where she discovered her love for dance and was given many opportunities to perform for various artists and events including Brooks and Dunn, P-Diddy, Wyclef Jean and the 2001 Presidential inauguration. Her favorite thing about being a Cardinals Cheerleader is participating in the numerous events that the Cardinals organization is involved with that aim to support the military. Amy has had the opportunity to perform for the troops in 3 overseas tours to over ten countries including Egypt, Iraq and Afghanistan. She has hopes to partake in at least one more overseas tour this season as it has been through these life changing experiences that have inspired her to look forward to a possible future working for the Army as a contracted nurse. In her free time, she works closely with an organization whose mission is to help bring a touch of home to the brave men and woman deployed overseas buy sending care packages and love their way! Amy is excited to begin another season with the Arizona Cardinals and help cheer them on to another Super Bowl!
