2013: Signed with the Cardinals on 10/22 and played in three games at WR and on special teams prior to suffering a season-ending Achilles injury … caught a 51-yard pass and had one special teams tackle … had a 51-yard reception in the first quarter to help set up the Cardinals first TD of the game vs. Atl (10/27); marked his first career reception in his first game as a WR (played seven games with the Colts as a CB in 2012) … recorded one special teams tackle and downed a punt at the 1-yard line vs. Hou (11/10) … played on offense and special teams but left in the fourth quarter with an Achilles injury @ Jax (11/17) … placed on injured reserve (Achilles) on 11/19.
2012: Played in seven games with the Colts … released by Dallas on 8/31 … signed to Colts practice squad on 10/30 and promoted to active roster on 11/16 … made his NFL debut @ NE (11/18) … saw action on defense and special teams as a CB in each of the final seven games of the season … inactive in Wild Card game @ Bal (1/6/13).
2011: Spent the entire season on the Cowboys practice squad.
2010: Spent majority of the season on the Cowboys practice squad before being promoted to active roster on 12/21 … switched to wide receiver in the middle of the season … inactive for the final two games.
College: Did not play college football … was a standout on Texas-San Antonio track and field team, becoming the school’s only four-time All-America selection … helped lead team to six Southland Conference titles (four indoor and two outdoor) … claimed nine individual Southland titles (five indoor and four outdoor) … twice named league’s Indoor Athlete of the Year (2009-10) as well as Outdoor Outstanding Track Performer (2009-10) … established school records in the 55 meters (6.23 seconds), 60 meters (6.59), 100 meters (9.90), 200 meters (20.60) and 400 meter relay (39.59) … his 9.90-second 100 meter time was the fastest in the world during his junior season.
